We make uplifting films that families can share together. Our stories begin where the best family entertainment always has, in characters drawn from a beloved children’s book series, and they’re brought to the screen by people who’ve spent decades on the industry’s biggest productions. Heart and craft, under one roof — entertainment built to last for generations.
Donna Morgan
President
Donna Morgan is the creative heart of Saddle Brook. An award-winning actress, writer, and singer, she has performed on stage, on television, and in film — experience that gives her a rare instinct for the stories that connect with audiences of every age.
That instinct lives on the page as well as the screen. Donna wrote the children’s book The Furry Fortune — the tale of a dog whose fur turns to money — which became a live-action family film released in August 2023. Her next book, The Square Tree, follows one little tree brave enough to stand apart in a forest of flawless trees: a warm, funny story about embracing exactly who you are. It caught Hollywood’s attention quickly and is now an animated feature set for release in August 2026.
As President, Donna sets the studio’s creative course, choosing projects with the warmth, courage, and broad appeal that define the Saddle Brook name.

Brad Wilson
VP of Development and Productions
Brad Wilson brings a major-studio résumé to Saddle Brook’s family-first mission. His career began with an eleven-year collaboration with Academy Award winner Robert Duvall spanning sixteen films — including the celebrated CBS miniseries Lonesome Dove, home to one of Duvall’s most memorable roles.
In the years since, he has worked alongside some of the biggest names in the business — among them Tom Cruise, Michael Douglas, Nicole Kidman, Sean Penn, James Earl Jones, and Michael Keaton — and has produced twenty-one films released to audiences around the world.
At Saddle Brook, all of that experience points in one direction: making family entertainment that looks and feels every bit as polished as the blockbusters, without ever losing its heart.
John Morgan
Co-Founder & Project Manager
John Morgan is the steady hand behind Saddle Brook. Co-founder of the studio alongside his wife, Donna, John brings years of running a successful business to the work of making films — keeping every project organized, on schedule, and delivered with the same care that goes into the storytelling.
It’s that combination — seasoned business leadership paired with deep production experience — that makes Saddle Brook a genuinely well-rounded studio. Together, Donna, Brad, and John bring story, craft, and discipline into a single team.
